1.1. This agreement is entered into between you ("User", "You") and TechTech Pay Ltd. ("TechTech Pay", "We", "Our"), the entity responsible for the platform, application and the provision of the services described herein.
1.2. Card issuance and operation services, as well as certain financial services, may be provided by third-party partners (issuer/BIN sponsor, custodians, processors). Where applicable, the issuing provider will be identified in communications and in the product agreement.
1.3. By creating an account, requesting, activating or using any TechTech Pay card or service, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and any applicable supplementary terms.
2. Services Provided
2.1. TechTech Pay provides, via the application and platform: multi-currency accounts (including support for cryptocurrencies), real-time crypto→fiat conversion, physical/virtual cards bearing the network specified in the app, deposits via blockchain and account and transaction management mechanisms.
2.2. Features, limits, fees and supported currencies may vary by user and jurisdiction and will be displayed in the application or in updated materials.
3. Registration, Verification and KYC
3.1. Use of the services requires registration and identity verification (KYC). You agree to provide true, complete and up-to-date information.
3.2. Refusal to provide requested data or detection of risk may lead to suspension, blocking or termination of the account.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials (login, password, PIN) and for all transactions carried out through your account, except where fraud or gross negligence by TechTech Pay or the issuer is demonstrated.
4.2. You must follow security practices (do not share PIN, review deposit addresses, confirm network before sending tokens, etc.). Losses resulting from sending to an incorrect address/network are generally the user's responsibility.
5. Deposit, Custody and Conversion
5.1. Crypto deposits are credited after the necessary on-chain confirmations; supported networks and instructions are shown in the app. Sending via an incorrect network may result in irrecoverable loss.
5.2. TechTech Pay or its custodian partners may hold assets in custodial wallets. Ownership and custody terms will be governed by specific contracts and policies provided to the user.
5.3. Crypto→fiat conversions for payment purposes will be performed automatically at the time of the transaction based on the prevailing rate, applying disclosed spreads/fees.
6. Card Issuance and Use
6.1. Cards are issued by the indicated issuer/BIN sponsor partner and are subject to the rules of the issuer and card network. TechTech Pay manages the product and white-label experience, but the issuer may impose additional operational conditions.
6.2. The cardholder must follow activation, security and usage instructions. TechTech Pay may block, suspend or cancel cards for security reasons, fraud, regulatory investigation or breach of these Terms.
7. Fees, Limits and Billing
7.1. Fees, transaction limits, conversion rates and other charges will be disclosed in the application and the applicable pricing table. TechTech Pay may change fees with prior notice where required by law or under the applicable agreement.
7.2. The user is responsible for all charges due and for maintaining sufficient balance to cover transactions and fees.
7.3. Fees charged by third parties: in addition to the fees and charges disclosed by TechTech Pay, merchants, acquirers, terminal operators (POS) and ATMs may apply additional charges for the use of the Card (e.g., merchant surcharge, convenience fee, terminal operation fee or ATM fee). These charges are collected and retained by third parties and are not under TechTech Pay's direct control. We recommend that the User check for any notices at the point of service and confirm the amount before authorizing the transaction. When applicable, the option of Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) may be offered by the merchant/terminal; the User may choose to accept or decline the conversion.
7.3.1. When using the TechTech Pay Card at establishments in Brazil, if the terminal (debit/credit/POS) presents the option to pay in Brazilian Real (BRL) or Singapore Dollar (SGD), the User should choose Real. Choosing to pay in Singapore Dollar may result in additional charges applied by the merchant or terminal operator (e.g., Dynamic Currency Conversion – DCC), the amount of which is not controlled or refunded by TechTech Pay.
